blacks out youtube video

Have no idea if it actually works on skipping the ads, but I can't even use it because it breaks the youtube player and just shows black when the video plays.

Hi there,

It does not actually skip ads but it rather loads the embeddable version of the video where YouTube does not load ads. Can you give me some more info like your OS, browser and verify if the embeddable version is loaded? A video recording of it would also help.

I use it in both macOS and Windows and don't have any issues so it's not very easy for me to troubleshoot it.
