Update to ACVM v0.11.0

Problem

ACVM v0.11.0 made significant changes to backend traits. We need to update the aztec_backend and then consume it in Nargo.

Proposed solution

Land noir-lang/acvm-backend-barretenberg#151 and then update Nargo to deal with the errors it produces if any of the backend functions fail.
