Public Knowledge base articles

as part of #10 kb articles were added with a public field. this field is specifically there to enable the article to be publicly available. Add the required features for public KB articles.

Requirements

• Prevention of some html tags. i.e. iframe within markdown.

• Validation of markdown to ensure no excluded html tags

  • unit test this

• ability to configure kb path within url.
