freeSocketTimeout not work in node 12.16.3 and later #90

When I upgrade node to 12.16.3 or later version. And I find there is a issue.

agent option like below

const options = {
  maxSockets: 100,
  maxFreeSockets: 20,
  timeout: 180000,
  freeSocketTimeout: 30000
};

But after 30s, agent don't close the free socket.

nodejs fix this issue on version 14.2.0
