Update to latest version of MathNet.Numerics,5.0.0 ?

Use Case

This is conflicting with other usage of MathNet.Numerics in our codebase.
It will be great to upgrade to latest version to allow us also to use latest version

Description

Without using the latest version, as there is breaking changes, we MUST use the same version as NPOI so we at the moment we had to downgrade to use version 4.15

We will upgrade MathNet.Numerics to 5.0 in 2.7.0

@tonyqus assembly binding is good unless there is breaking change (the changelog for 5.0 says so)... we have not tried but we are expecting the API may be slightly different...
anyway, looking for the 2.7.0 release.
