Edit item is not allowed

Hello, can you advise me on how to solve the issue? When I open the password menu and click the edit button, I receive a message saying "You are not allowed to do that!" However, if I click on the password object itself and enter inside, I am able to edit the element. I have checked the permissions of my account and they seem to be fine. Can you suggest what might be wrong?
