Error: template not found

Tangentially related to #6, when installing clarity theme via npm and referencing it in the book.json file, running gitbook serve throws this error complaining that templates/website/page.html is missing.

If I move the files in /lib/templates to lib/templates/website, I get a different error:

    unknown block tag: parent
