Element Picker, Element Zapper and Block Element Stop Working

Describe the issue

With the latest Windows update, the Element Picker, Element Zapper and Right-Click > Block Element keep stopping working.

Steps for anyone to reproduce the issue

1) Go to uBlock Settings > And select 'Reset to default settings'

2) Close Edge, then re-open Edge

3) Go to Edge Settings > Extensions > And turn on the uBlock Origin extension

4) Close Edge, then re-open Edge

5) Go to https://github.com/nikrolls/uBlock-Edge

6) Select the Element Picker tool—it works OK

7) Quit the Element Picker

8) Go to https://twitter.com/arstechnica

9) Select the Element Picker tool. Now the Element Picker, Element Zapper and Block Element don't work

10) Go back to https://github.com/nikrolls/uBlock-Edge. The Element Picker, Element Zapper and Block Element now no longer work there either until the browser is closed and re-opened.
