I think it would be good to try and develop a refined 'New Starter' guide within the Interaction Design section of the playbook.
Appreciate we have a
Tools / Resources
section but being involved with our new starters this week makes me think it would be good to have a definitive list of things to point people towards.I'm imagining it something like what DfE do within the User Research manual:

We could link out to guidance that we've created to help people get things setup on their machines e.g. SSL certificates, who to speak with to get a Github / Heroku account, useful training / online resources to help people get started if they've never prototyped in code before etc...
Any thoughts?
