Feature Request: Share link e-mails

I'd like to inform users, who have shared data of a to-be-deleted user, to also be informed about the possible account retention, because the shared data will be deleted. This is currently happening without notification.

We had multiple users in production, who said "their" data was deleted, which was due to other users, who got deleted, deleting the shared data in the process
