Tables don't support right justified columns

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Any tables with columns of numbers look a lot better with those columns right justified. The markdown syntax is to use |-:| for the column, |:-:| is for centering, but that's less important to me.

Describe the solution you'd like
|---:| results in a right justified column, I don't mind if the header cell is right justified or not.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Adding spaces doesn't work.
