The user bubble component allows setting the primary attribute, which should be used for highlighting the current users mentions.

https://nextcloud-vue-components.netlify.app/#/Components/NcUserBubble

getCurrentUser() from https://github.com/nextcloud/nextcloud-auth can be used to get the current user id
