Steps to reproduce

1. Start a call, hear call sounds
2. Move tab to the background

Expected behaviour

Should still hear call sounds

Actual behaviour

No call sounds played

• Related to Fix audio in inactive tab in Safari #12497. So needs a similar solution.
• Original PR that added the call sounds in Safari: Support call sounds on Safari #9422
