Idea:
It would be nice to be able to have a setting "skip detailed view and open directly in browser" on a per feed basis.
Rationale:
Some feeds do provide the full content, so reading in detailed view is the preferred (fastest) way. Others only provide a summary, which mostly is visible in preview already. Currently, for those feeds one has to navigate twice, once into the detailed view and then again into the browser view. Having this setting per feed should make this easier / faster.
Related:
Currently, setting the general option to true results in all items always being opened in the external browser, no matter what browser is selected in the settings. With a per-feed setting, it would be good if this honours the setting and uses the build-in browser if activated.
