Is it possible to combine your notifications with push notifications for mobile?
And how can I create global file processing? (Configure global flow)

At the moment ordinary notifications, I have not looked into push ones.

And how can I create global file processing? (Configure global flow)

This flow is allowed for users only, at the moment, to prevent them from (accidental) flooding and not being in control of them.
