Steps to reproduce

1. Open details of file or folder
2. Go to activity tab

I can't reproduce this problem.

Please check your browser inspector's Network tab while fully refreshing/reproducing the problem. It may be cached, being prevented by some security configuration, maybe blocked by an ad blocker, or something similar.

Wait, I just noticed you seem to have the Activity app not even enabled per your app list. Enable it and you're problem will likely go away ;)

I can not reproduce with 30.0.5.

For comments you always need to enable the comments app, if activity is disabled it will be shown as Comments.
For activity tab you need to enable the activity app.

I can't reproduce it anymore either, so you can close this.
But for clarification, i deactivated the Activity App which then resulted in the comments working as intended, thats why it wasnt in the activated apps list :)
