[2hr📦] Resource kits not working in reports

They work on not-reports like this page, but if it's used in a report you just get the contents of the template without React making it into a fancy thing.

Looking at the React file, maybe the difference is that in reports it's trying to do a new React app inside of an existing one? I don't have time at the moment to look into whether that's how React cares about things.

This probably also applies to the People block since they're very similar to each other.
