Expected Behavior

In Forwarder, NSE death cases heal should be started immediately.

Current Behavior

NSMgr tries to restore connection for 1 minute, only after it starts healing.

Probably we can add here some extra logic disabling restore if client URL is unix://..., or make some monitoring of remote side pod status.
