It will not back out of gift screens or other screens where your claiming soming.

I have the latest release from here. The only thing that I have seen not to work is the one that to back you out of the claim screens.
Also I found that the show cargo screen when clicking on anything, does not work when all key shortcuts are trued off.
Not sure if they changed some with the new patch if that's what is making the skip claim screens not to work.

When you turn off shortcuts, you turn off a lot of the functionality of the mod. Don't think it stops everything but it does stop most things.
