Currently there is no way to list fishermen on the CLI. It looks like the original issue #188 (comment) intended to show them on the validators list as well.

 near validators # current validators & fisherman
 near validators next # next validators & fisherman

It would be helpful to have a simple way to query those via the CLI as proposed by @ilblackdragon
