publication manifest v22

Hi.

This is the latest manifest v22 (deleted issues for v20 and v21 since those hadn't been PRed yet).

Summary of changes in attachment:

Updated Wenbao Yu publication, and added a Duke BCR manuscript and added a BU pre-publication manuscript to act as a reviewer site (we need a URL but not to be released on the portal just yet).

From Erin Kane at BU on Jan 29, 2025:
"I was hoping you could help us with another landing page for an in-submission publication. Details of the abstract may change, and we’re still in the process of moving the data to the portal, but it would be helpful to get this started if we are then able to update with additional data and potential edits to the abstract. As we did for the previous publication, the hope is that right now this would just be a private URL."

This has pre-publication info has been added to the attached publication manifest.

Also, from Ken Lau at Vandervilt on Feb 4, 2025:
"See attached with all specID annotation. I did this myself today. I also realize not all the datasets are associated with the publications page. Thanks!"

Updated the file ids in the already published study.

I need to make some corrections to this manifest, and will include those in v23. So, don't release for now.
