We have two models representing a publication:

Publication Manifest represents the data for our internal publications manifest JSON
Publication Summary represents the data we pull from https://eutils.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/eutils/esummary.fcgi?retmode=json&db=pubmed

We should merge and simplify these two models in the process JSON step and only use a single model in the frontend implementation.
