Resizable split views on Classes and Properties tabs broken #88

Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to the Classes or Properties tab for any ontology in BioPortal, e.g. BRO.
Open the developer console and note the JavaScript error:

GET https://unpkg.com/split.js@1.5.9/split.min.js net::ERR_ABORTED 404

It appears that the URL at unpkg for loading Split.js has changed (this is the 3rd party JavaScript library we use for resizable split view).
