Ontology views aren't included in Ontologies sections on Account pages

Reported by Chris Mungall today on Slack:

I am the admin for https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/CHEMESSENCE
... and it doesn’t show up in my list of ontologies

Steps to view this issue:

1. Log into BioPortal with an administrative account
2. Navigate to Admin -> Users
3. Search for the account name "cjmungall"
4. Click the "Detail" link in the Action column for this account

Notice that ChemEssence isn't one of the ontologies listed in the "Ontologies" section of Chris's Account Information page:

The ChemEssence entry in BioPortal is an ontology view object. The code that builds the list above is only looking at ontology objects, and doesn't take ontology views into account. Ontology views should also be included in this list.
