I'm configuring s3-build-cache for PostgreSQL JDBC (see pgjdbc/pgjdbc#1828), and it was not that obvious.

It was my first S3 configuration, however, it would be great if there was a configuration guide or a script that configures S3 (Terraform? Pulumi?). Do you know of such a guide?

No, AFAIK no such guide exists.

But it sounds like a good idea. Providing a basic setup with CloudFormation and/or Terraform as a jump start would definitely be a nice addition.
