I noticed that react-select causes warnings because it is using deprecated react methods. Because of that I decided to use a different package (material-ui autocomplete) for my own project but this is probably not suitable for evidente since you're using react-bootstrap. It's described in this issue how to disable these warnings: JedWatson/react-select#4094

After removing the StricMode, the warning is still there...
