Feature Request: Proxy the request as is / ADFS support

Hi,

Is it possible to configure the file to make the muraena proxy forward the requests to the domain you want to phish as they come (without having to map every endpoint). For example:

I receive a POST HTTP request to myphisingdomain.com with POST data and I want to forward that HTTP request as is to the phished domain (login.microsoftonline.com).

I'm trying to phish credentials (cookies) after the ADFS that redirects to Microsoft.

What's the problem you're having with the mapping of multiple domains? That's kind of the core of this solution.
