Good taste came from well cleaning beside using fresh vegetables and salt + black pepper ONLY and well cooking time. Do not be in rush while cooking. No need for fucken inventions.
Minimum cooking time on fire is 2 hours with observation to disjoint the meat tissues well on low heat.
