Emulator Missing

I know I'm missing the obvious but how do I rectify this:

Selected architecture: x86
Nathan ROM version: NRL001
Checking emulator...
Checking local emulator version...
KO: Local emulator error = sh: 1: glxinfo: not found

Emulator not available! Please retry ./nathan.py init.

This is on Ubuntu 16:04 and I have Android Studio installed and the path variables set.

I have followed the installation instructions a few times with the same result when running ./nathan.py start

Any guidance appreciated.
