not resetting

Unfortunately the pi doesn't reset the neutrogena controller. It is the same model as yours.
I'm trying to run the cpp from the termial on raspbain (rpi 2).

I have connected everything like this.

                         (RPI Pin)

BCM5 (CS) = 29
BCM21(CK) = 40
BCM20(MOSI) = 5
BCM19(MISO) = 7

BCM 0 (low) = 27
BCM 1 (high) = 28

To run the code I'm using the following command g++ -c -lpigpio -pthread neuprog.cpp

But still the controller has the old value.
