--wrap option probably accidentally was added to update-po

In 299bef8 the --wrap option was added to update-po, but the option doesn't make sense for the command as --wrap causes line re-wrapping in localized documents, when update-po doesn't produce such documents as its output.

To control wrapping in PO files there is already --wrap-po option.

I'd suggest to revert 299bef8
