There's continued diversification of C.1.1, it might make sense to delineate some lineages, here's a proposal, breaking down the multi-country branches:
Adding GISAID-only sequences, the bottom branch (142797) is very common in Brazil (in addition to public sequences from US, Germany, Portugal and Australia). The top two have GISAID-only sequences from the Netherlands (in addition to US/Germany/Portugal - plus Ireland for the middle one).
