Proposal: Update dependencies and devDependencies as possible

Tested dependencies with the latest version one by one, most of them had no conflicts.

I think Mozilla has greenkeeper that looks if updating a dependency won't break tests. But @kumar303 probably knows more about that.

We don't have greenkeeper set up for jpm. I suppose it would be a good idea but honestly it's a lot of work to keep up with and we're focusing more on web-ext than jpm these days.
