In order to onboard a new user for team shared store, there are couple things need to be done, including:

Ask your team member to generate key pair and send you the public key
Import the public key, then sign and trust it
Run gopass to re-add your team member as recipients

To make it scalable in a large size team, it's better to automate the above process.
