Experiencing an issue where the plugin is not respecting the "Display description on course page" checkbox

I have tested this on the MOODLE_401_STABLE branch of Moodle: https://github.com/moodle/moodle/tree/MOODLE_401_STABLE
with the MOODLE_401_STABLE version of the plugin: https://github.com/moodleou/moodle-mod_ouwiki/tree/MOODLE_401_STABLE
