Manual journal entries do not have markdown support.

Since version v0.6.2 - 2017-08-16 there is markdown support for the notes and call logs.
Manually added journal entries are missing this feature.

After all, when I am adding an entry, I also want to somehow style it... markdown is a first step to a more wysiwyg-like editor.

I'm using v1.6.1 - Markdown is working for call logs, but it is not working on user notes. For me at least.
