Support notifications for the Bitbucket Branch Source Plugin

The Bitbucket Branch Source Plugin (https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Bitbucket+Branch+Source+Plugin) is a CloudBees produced plugin that is useful when using Jenkins pipelines. It supports jobs for each branch and PR. It does not appear that the auto-generated jobs are able to be notified of changes when using this hook on Bitbucket Server, though. I would like this Bitbucket Server hook to support branch source from that plugin.

There is an open issue at JENKINS-33507 discussing the Jenkins side of supporting this, such as auto-registration of webhook and other things.
