Enable filtering (pdf and rich text) notes based on category

In version 4.6, we can see all the notes for all the articles of a given project via http://example.com/librarian/projectnotes.php?projectID=1. But one get overwhelmed by the list on that url or one simply may want to see the notes for a specific category.

Would be great to have this feature.
