When testing the effect refactoring branch, the following skin error is logged:

wrong template path for the mixmode button.

It's veeerry strange that despite the wrong path the mixmode button is shown in fx unit 1, but not in unit 3, and this warning pops up only once even though the xml template is used twice.
Qt magic...
