1. Select CAMPAIGNS > adversaries.
2. In the Select a profile drop-down, select the Certifiable adversary profile.
3. Press the + Add Adversary button.
4. In the window that appears, select the Nosy Neighbor item from the drop-down.
5. Deselect system processes to remove duplicates and press Add Selected Abilities.
6. Press the Save Profile button.
7. Task completed.
