Captions & transcripts missing on 22.033-fall-2011

I haven't checked to see if the transcript files are in the parsed JSON.

Expected Behavior

• There should be a transcript widget below the video
• The video should play (this might be related to Explicitly specify embeddable=true when updating youtube video visibility ocw-studio#1022

Actual Behavior

• No transcript in nextgen

FWIW, the video plays now, but there is is still no transcript.

Moving this to ocw-data-parser because the parsed JSON doesn't include any caption files for this video.

@pdpinch I can't find any caption/transcript files for it in the plone json either - maybe the plone output is bad?

Looking at the legacy site again, I don't see any captions there either. This may be a rare case of a video so old it doesn't have 3Play captions at all. We'll have to check with the OCW team.
