Som användare vill jag ha en navbar så att jag lätt kan navigera mig runt på sidan.

Acceptanskriterier:

  • Navbaren ska innehålla länkar till alla undersidor.
  • Ska vara fixerad i botten av skärmen.
  • Responsiv för mobil.
  • Design i Figma
