1 update ddpm inference result, includes images and speed(ckpt loading/compile time etc.) on ascend device.

2 update model fine tune performance(speed) on ascend.

3 update model training result on ascend.

do not use mpirun, replace it with msrun
please remove env config MS_ASCEND_CHECK_OVERFLOW_MODE="INFNAN_MODE"
update speed information with 1p 4p 8p.

4 test performance with mint api.

5 add new Chinese version readme. readme_cn.md
