Bitwarden installation stuck during setup

Expected Behavior

Bitwarden CLI installs in Min Browser

Actual Behavior

The Bitwarden setup gets stuck on Installing... after dragging the Bitwarden CLI .exe file.

To Reproduce

1. Install Min
2. Go into preferences
3. Change password autofill manager to Bitwarden
4. Download CLI and drag-drop the bw.exe file

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling (also removing the Roaming/Min folder between the installations), and it still didn't work (for 15min+).

Sorry about that. I think this will be fixed by 403d199. I'll be making a new release with that very soon; can you try updating in a couple of days and see if it works in the new version?
