min doesn't work at all since 1.33.0 version on windows 10

After updating from version 1.32.1 to 1.33.0 and higher, min browser has stopped working. A clean reinstall did not yield any positive results. Upon installing version 1.33.0 or 1.33.1, the browser opens to a completely white window. In the Task Manager, six "min" processes are running, two of which are fully utilizing the CPU, distributing the load approximately evenly, and nothing further happens.
This issue has been verified on two machines running Windows 10.
