かつての mikutter 本体の https://dev.mikutter.hachune.net/issues/1224 と同様で
Twitter認証失敗時の以下のメッセージのリンクがいずれもリンク切れになっている。

前者は https://api.twitterstat.us/ でよさそうですが
後者は https://www.nicovideo.jp/tag/VOCALOID くらいでしょうか。
