[Paheal] search_tag keyword for filenames/archive-formats

Sorry to open a new issue for something not very profound, but I noticed that the search_tag keyword is only available for directories and not filenames/archive-formats for Paheal. It'd be super helpful to have that for organizational purposes. It also might be worth checking if this is also the case for any other booru-like websites (I know e621, danbooru, gelbooru, and rule34 are all set).
