Steps to reproduce

Trying to open a .cbz file but getting image error (see screenshot below)

***** IMPORTANT *****
Please note that this only happen with images that has # in their name. But the thing is it used to work just fine until it stopped out of nowhere since version 2.19.3

✔️ Expected Behavior

All images in the file should be displayed correctly

❌ Actual Behavior

Getting error please see screenshot above.
