Description

Scripts DisableUnitTesting.bat and EnableUnitTesting.bat are no more required and can be removed.

This is now possible since we're using the testhost.dll (built with Project reference in test project) and available at testproject\bin\Debug\netcoreapp1.0 to run tests.
