In the issue reporter it's currently not possible to file issues against extension repositories.
I'd suggest, that once the user says no on Is the problem reproducible when extensions are disabled? a dropdown should allow the user to specify the extension that is causing the problem and file the issue on that extension's repo.
Currently I have to close a lot of issues generated by the issue reporter, asking the users to reopen their issue on another extension's repository. This is a direct result of the new guideline to not use the issue mover tool anymore.
